Admin assistant


We are currently looking for a new virtual office assistant / manager. Roles include
managing all the email correspondence and calendar, scheduling jobs and providing quotes
to new customers, paying invoices and organising the staff rotas. Experience using Xero,
Excel and google docs and comfortable speaking on the phone as well as hiring new staff.
Any experience in social media man
agement is preferred but not necessary.
Average weekly working hours 15-20. Preliminary wage of £14 per hour.
