Lilac Summer Spritz Recipe

A refreshing Lilac Summer Spritz from Ocado’s summer range launch that we catered in May 2026.

Ingredients

75ml Prosecco

25ml Elderflower Cordial

10ml fresh lemon juice

50ml soda water

10ml butterfly pea tea*

Method

Build all ingredients directly in a wine glass filled with ice. Stir gently to combine

Garnish

Top with edible flowers.

*Butterfly pea tea: Steep butterfly pea flowers in cold water for 10-15 minutes, then strain and chill before use.
